Is AHS Cover Care a subscription?
No, it’s a single, one-off payment of $99 for lifetime membership. There’s no recurring fee and no expiry date.
Does it cover call-out fees?
It covers one emergency call-out fee per year in full. Standard, non-emergency call-outs don’t carry a separate fee to begin with; the 15% discount applies to those instead.
Can I use it across more than one trade?
Membership applies across plumbing, electrical, roofing and air conditioning; it isn’t tied to a single service.
Does it work for rental properties?
Landlords commonly use AHS Cover Care to manage recurring maintenance across one or more properties without paying full price every time a tenant reports an issue.
What happens if I don’t use it for a while?
Nothing, the membership doesn’t expire, and there’s no minimum usage. The discount and priority booking are simply there whenever you next need us.
Is the annual safety check automatic, or do I need to book it?
It’s included in your membership, but you’ll still need to book it in; we don’t turn up unannounced. A quick call once a year is all it takes to get it scheduled.
