Will I get a compliance certificate for electrical work in Earlwood?
Yes. The person who carries out the electrical test submits a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work, no later than seven days after the test. From 1 July 2026 it goes through the Building Commission NSW eCert portal.
Paper and PDF forms are no longer accepted. The customer gets an emailed copy when their email address is added to the certificate.
