If you hold an Ausgrid defect notice, its page says you must use the original licensed contractor or accredited service provider. If you can’t reach them, it says to engage a licensed Level 2 provider. We can quote that work.

Do I get a certificate after electrical work in Bexley?
Yes. NSW Government says electricians must give Building Commission NSW a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work. The person who tests the work submits it, no later than seven days after the test.
From 1 July 2026 it has to go through the BCNSW eCert portal. The electrician can add your email address there, and the system sends you a copy when the certificate is lodged.
