Will I get a certificate after electrical work in Merrylands?
Yes, for work that needs one. NSW says the person who tests the work must submit a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work within seven days of the test. From 1 July 2026 it goes through the Building Commission NSW eCert portal.
